This decision wasn’t a choice to make but was necessary at that time. All insurance companies were experiencing increases due to weather & disrespect to rules of the road. As requested, State Farm kept in touch with me, updating any changes and new pricing. Sarah, a delightful representative from Michele’s team, gave me a quote from State Farm’s newly published rate reductions on premiums. I was pleasantly surprised when the quotes came in on both auto and home saving me substantially. Easy decision, I’m ecstatic to be back with State Farm, especially Michele’s office and her exceptional team! It’s always a pleasure to call and a receive wonderful customer service.
