"My experience with this office has been very disappointing. When I needed help during a homeowners insurance claim, I felt that I received little to no assistance from the local office. Instead of having my questions answered or being guided through the process, I was repeatedly transferred to other departments, and on more than one occasion my calls were disconnected without a resolution.

Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated experience. Over the years I’ve had similar issues with this office, and it has left me feeling unsupported when I needed my insurance agent the most.

In my experience, I was not able to get meaningful assistance from Monique Brown regarding my coverage or my questions. I ultimately had to navigate much of the claims process on my own, without clarification on the coverages I pay for.

"They don't back you when you are hit in an accident. They are almost impossible to get ahold of, if you work. They change your due dates around or don't withdraw when you're on auto pay and then charge late fees. I've had this happen to me several times and heard from several others that have had this happen to them also. They don't even know your name when they call you after being with them for years. All they want is money."

The repair was completed two days ahead of schedule and is warranted for as long as I own the car. Everyone I talked with in both companies was courteous and helpful.
