"Haley is absolutely amazing to work with. I had some questions about the insurance endorsement I would need to rent an event space and she talked me through my questions and general confusion about the whole thing. She even offered to speak to the venue when I wasn't able to clearly communicate my concerns. Thanks again Haley! You took a load off my mind."

"Customer service was very unprofessional and rude Call to make some changes To my auto plan spoke with Haley About this matter and she informed me About what needs to take placed in order to do so I didn’t Totally agree with this process, but I understood for the most part we go back and forth on it at this point I can tell she has a attitude and becomes rude and before Proceeded to end the call I say ok I will give a call back and she just ends the call how rude"

"I called my State Farm office today with every intention of leaving State Farm, a company I have been with for over 40 years due to horrible service delivered from one of their office team members. Thanks to the patience and professionalism of Haley and her true dedication, she was able to retain a State Farm customer and I could not be more appreciative for the service that she is giving me She is truly a credit to her office and the company."

"I had a problem and called to cancel. I wanted to be frustrated not thinking they would fix it. To my surprise not only did they fix it, they went above and beyond. I spoke to a lady on the phone. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name."

"I call to make changes to my account. To lower my car insurance payment rates they call me back asking if I wanted to check if they could lower my rates by adding home insurance with then there was no difference much on price. so I didn’t go with that, but I did sign to lower my car insurance. They never pushed it paperwork because they wanted to add home insurance now my rates are not gonna change, because the Man told me they holidays n there time off has cause Delay so not this money I will be paying a high rate again because they been busy. N the kid I was on the phone with. Said that’s not what I said n didn’t want to speak to me any more n -“”hung up “ on me saying I was been disrespectful.?? How was we’re talking n I was pretty upset n what he told me there vacation n holidays is why is this process has taking to long. And if u need to speak to me call me back please thank you"

"Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We apologize if there has been any misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding the changes you requested for your policy. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and provide clarification on the process. Upon reviewing the notes from our previous interactions, it appears that on 11/27/2023 at 11:28 am, you spoke with our Service Manager, Rachel, who assisted you with the changes you mentioned. During this conversation, Rachel reviewed some of the discounts you were missing, including the Home and Auto discount. You agreed to a quote and the necessary forms were signed and returned to us on 11/28/2023. The signed documents were then forwarded to our Corporate office for processing the requested changes. We understand that you were expecting the changes to be implemented promptly, and we apologize for any delays you may have experienced. Our office did not delay requesting your changes. On 11/30/2023 at 11:45 am, the home quote you requested was emailed to you as per your request. Additionally, on 12/20/2023, our representative Thor contacted you to follow up on the homeowner's quote and to address any questions you may have had. We apologize if there was any miscommunication during this call. Regarding your concern about the processing of changes, please note that once we submit the requested changes to the auto company, they are responsible for processing the changes on their end. To ensure that your request is diligently followed up on, we have set reminders on your file to monitor the progress and ensure completion. We understand your frustration and apologize if you felt our explanations were insufficient during your conversation with Thor. It is our intention to provide clear and helpful information to our customers. However, we kindly ask that all conversations remain respectful and professional. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Moving forward, we assure you that our office will continue to monitor and follow up on the completion of your requested changes. If you would like, we would be more than happy to schedule a time for you to visit our office. During this visit, we can review the documentation mentioned above, go over your policy again, and address any additional questions or concerns you may have. "
